This is for 18 to 26-year-olds who have been part of out-of-home care at some stage in their lives.
After Care is a two-part program.
People can just “drop in” to get help. It might be to apply for university. It might be for help with legal matters. Whatever the requirement, our team will put support in place.
The other part of After Care is TILA, Transitional Independent Living Allowance.
Anyone with previous out-of-home experience is entitled to a $1500 allowance to transition to independence. CatholicCare can help you access it.
There is no “wrong door” at CatholicCare. We provide local support for local people. Our diversity of services ensures an ability to address issues or tackle problems before they escalate.
